Simple. Logical. Effective

OSP was born from the disenchantment with the “accepted” standard of care; overbooked appointments, unnecessary visits, over billing, ineffective cookie cutter treatments, therapist dependency, and the abuse of patients trust. We set out to prove that a practice is sustainable without any of those “industry standards”.

If you are looking for the fastest, simplest, most logical & effective care that puts you in control of your recovery, then look no further. If you have "done" physical therapy before and it did not work, you must come for just one visit. You will shocked at the difference in what we do.

We provide you with an environment where you can be assured your care is our primary concern. There are no ulterior motives. You will get exactly what treatments you need. No more. No less. Where, like it or not, you can rely on honest, objective, and forthright opinions.
